With a guaranteed rental contract we can ensure higher profits from your rental properties

With our guaranteed rental contract we will rent out your property for 3-5 years or longer, pay a fixed guaranteed rent, and become your lease.
If required we will carry out necessary renovations and repairs to comply with building regulations and which meet the requirements of our clients whether they be families, professionals or mature students. We will then rent the property out on an Assured Short-Hold Tenancy Agreements (AST) basis. We will manage all aspects of the tenancy in place and serve as the sole point of contact for your property.

~ You will receive your agreed rent when due. There will be no delay in payments or extra charges.
~ Your property will be in good hands. We will see to all small maintenance jobs on your behalf, seek your permission before commencement of any work and communicate with you throughout the process. We employ a team of cleaners, decorators, a ‘handyman’, plumbers and electricians who will be responsible for the upkeep of your property during the tenancy period. Alternatively, if preferred, you can continue to oversee it yourself.
~ You will get only the best tenants. We have experience in renting out a range of properties and since it is our responsibility to deal with unpaid rent, property damages, poor conduct, emergencies, etc. we vet our tenants thoroughly to ensure they are best suited for the property.
~ You retain the right to access or inspect your property at any time but we ask that you give us at least 72 hours’ notice.
~ We implement regular quarterly inspections and deal with issues as they arise. We develop a great rapport with our clients and are there to assist with any problems associated with their property.
